Where does the name come from?
Peaceful: the word Peaceful although lending an overall tranquility to the name, actually is a tribute to my teacher and guide Valerie Smith from Peaceful Arts in Port Hope Ontario. Healing: It is proven that the body has the ability to heal itself if it can achieve a good state of relaxation. By using the different modalities I offer as a Relaxation therapist, healing the mind, body & spirit is the end result.
Tree: Spiritually I follow a nature path and have a great love for the energies that trees offer us as humans. We know they act as giant filters for our environment and just the act of meditating surrounded by trees can be re-juvenating in and of itself.
